<h2 style="text-align: left;">
Are you tired of entertainers-motivational-speakers?</h2>
<br />
I have to say that I consider myself to be an extremely reasonable
person regarding expectations and demands. So, when I attended one
conference when the star of the evening was supposed to be one
well-known motivational speaker, I didn't expect much. I like to hear
some interesting life experiences and a few applicable conclusions.
That's it. I don't expect or hope to change my life and begin to earn
like never before as soon as I get home after I just heard a thing or
two from some motivational speaker, no matter how he or she may be
influential or successful. When you end up totally disappointed and
emotionally exhausted despite your realistic expectations, then you know
that something went deeply wrong with the so-called motivational
speaker's show.<br />
<a name='more'></a> <br />
<br />
Am I the only one to think that the modern motivational speakers are
more like professional entertainers than people with that magical spark
to change and inspire people around them. The catch is that it has
become much better for me to attend some music festival where a pop star
can say a thing or two of zen wisdom, and I will feel better and more
importantly learn more than attending the classic motivational speaker's
event. Nowadays, the motivational speakers all over the world worry
more about how they look than what they have to say and share. In a way,
motivational speakers are indeed part of the entertaining industry in
the general sense, but hey, let's not take the things here quite
literally. OK? What's the purpose, if at the end of the day, you
entertain rather than to motivate and inspire people? Right?<br />
<br />
Just to make sure I have nothing personal against the modern
motivational speaker. For what is worth, I have a criterion I use to
tell a difference between the entertainers and the genuine motivational
speakers. Here it is. You don't have to necessarily agree with it, but I
dare you to try on the next motivational speaker you plan to hear or
follow. So, I think that a motivational speaker who is dominantly an
entertainer are people who have built their careers and names for this
activity alone. Meaning, they are professional motivational speakers who
have always been motivational speakers and they don't have anything
else to show you and be proud of. On the other side, you have people who
are genuine motivational speakers because they had successful careers
in some other field prior this one, such as sports, movies, politics,
etc. These guys have achieved something amazing or experienced some
extraordinary events in their lives, which allowed them to gain some
unique experiences they can share with others. <br />
<br />
Here's one positive example for a change. I attended a business forum
sponsored by a large telecommunication network. They hired a former
football star as its representative and a motivational speaker. So, this
guy who could barely make a step without giving and signing at least a
dozen of autographs was surprisingly down to earth person. He used an
opportunity to show us the importance of the teamwork by talking about a
real life event that took place in a locker room during one well-known
and an important game. It was great to hear a true story as a part of
the first-hand experience. So, these guys had the moment of truth with
their coach, just like you could have seen it in the movies. They
eventually won this important game. But my point is that we all had a
feeling that we were actually there in that locker room with this
football star. He was so emotional and persuasive that it is hard to
describe with words. <br />
<br />
<script async="" src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>
<!-- Highlygained -->
<br />
<ins class="adsbygoogle" data-ad-client="ca-pub-3113062381065592" data-ad-format="auto" data-ad-slot="6000696263" style="display: block;"></ins><script>
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
</script>
That was a genuine motivational speaker at work. You could see by the
way he moves and the way he was dressed that night that he couldn't
possibly care less about his appearance. Yet, when he talked, you can
clearly see tears in his eyes. He was going through that emotional
experience all over again with all the people in the conference room.
So, we had no reason to doubt his presentation nor his genuine
experience. When you compare this former football star and the so-called
motivational speaker entertainer from the beginning of my story, then
you realize how different they really are. If your biggest achievement
is a book you wrote about motivation and similar, and then you make
money by promoting it all over the world, I can't and will never accept
you as a genuine motivational speaker. <br />
<br />
What are your thoughts about motivational speakers? What does it take
for a person to be accepted and acknowledged by you as a genuine
motivational speaker? Do you have a respect for the so-called
entertainers-motivational-speakers or you accept this phenomenon as a
part of the showbiz industry?<br />

<h2>
Being a while an erotic story on the blog</h2>
"It's been so long since we've made love," I mutter to myself, standing naked in my fiance's bathroom, staring into the mirror. For once, I find myself beautiful.<br />
My hair is a dirty mess after going to a reggae festival and amping there for a week, but it looks good. The black dye is fading, the red has already faded to a bleached orange, and my brown roots are growing out. Natural. I have no make-up on, and <br />
<a name='more'></a>my face is clear of any acne, for once. No bags under my clear blue-grey eyes, which surprises me.<br />
I smile softly, and take a slow breath, inhaling and exhaling before walking out of the bathroom. He's laying in his bed, the most comfortable one I've ever been in, snoring softly. I walk over to his bed, lift the covers, and get in, pressing my nude body to his, moving up to put my lips at his ear.<br />
"Sean," I whisper, then lick his ear softly, nibbling at the lobe. He moans a little, starting to wake up. I trail a few kisses down his neck, biting and sucking on it. He groans, pulling me on top of him to straddle his lap. His manhood throbs against my netherlips, and I lean down to kiss him lovingly. His strong, calloused hands rest on my hips, and he kisses me back, his tongue caressing mine in search of pleasure. I take his tongue into my mouth and suck it gently for a moment, making him thrust up a little, his thick nine inch cock rubbing against my pussy, which has become very wet.<br />
"I want you," he groans, moving one of his hands to my private parts, slipping two fingers between my lower lips to rub my clit. I squeal softly, my legs tightening around his hips.<br />
"Th-then take me," I stutter, and he quickly rolls us over to be on top, his hands sliding up my body to knead my 36D breasts, my pinkish-brown nipples becoming erect. He leans down and takes one in his mouth, and I shiver, mewling softly. He sucks it until it almost hurts, but still feels good, then moves his lips across to the other, doing the same. I watch my fiance's hands move up to my shoulders, following my arms, until he gently pins my wrists over my head with one hand, using his other to line up his manhood to my awaiting honeypot.<br />
"I love you," I whisper, feeling tears come to my eyes, caused by all the passion and love I feel for him. A tear escapes, and he kisses it away, licking his lips. He kisses me softly, and tells me he loves me more than anything. We both make sounds of pleasure as he slowly pushes inside me, his member stretching me in a most delightful way.<br />
His hands go on either side of my head to hold him up as he thrusts slowly, and my arms wrap around his neck. We look into each other's eyes as we make love, my legs wrapped tightly around his perfect waist. I glance down occasionally to watch his cock push in and out, gleaming with my juices.<br />
"Oh god, you're so perfect," I moan, pulling his face to mine to kiss him almost desperately, feeling myself near climax. He groans, thrusting faster now, and my nails dig into his back. His moans and groans gets louder and faster, and I shiver.<br />
"I'm gonna cum....ohgodseaniloveyou," I squeal as my pussy walls tighten around his thrusting cock, and I climax hard. He's only a few seconds behind, and I feel him spurt ropes of cum inside me, filling me up. We stay like that for a moment, and he leans down to kiss me.<br />
"I love you, too," he murmurs, eskimo kissing me before getting up to rinse his face in the bathroom, cooling down. I smile softly, curling up under the covers and feeling myself sink into a blissful sleep as I hear his words echo in my head.<br />

<div dir="ltr">
<h2>
Healthy Baby Mice Produced from Mouse Mom's Skin Cells</h2>
</div>
<div dir="ltr">
Starting with skin cells rather than egg cells, Japanese researchers say they have generated eggs that led to healthy mouse pups capable of living normal lives and reproducing.<br />
Mammals, of course, have always reproduced via the sperm of one animal combining with the egg cell of another. But the new research started instead with a skin cell from a mouse’s tail and transformed it into egg cells, then matured those eggs in a <br />
<a name='more'></a>laboratory dish and finally fertilized them and implanted them into a female mouse.<br />
Although only 1 percent of the cells led to live births, the animals that were born alive were healthy, fertile, and lived a normal lifespan, says Katsuhiko Hayashi, a stem cell biologist at Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan, and the senior author of a paper on the research, published Monday in Nature.<br />
Although this process likely remains decades away from a stage at which it could work in people, the research suggests it may someday be possible for women who lack eggs, or for men without sperm, to get replacement cells made from their own skin. If that becomes possible it could extend the age of human fertility by decades, help preserve endangered animal species and someday perhaps allow same-sex couples to have their own genetic children.<br />
In the meantime, several experts say they are highly impressed by the new study. “This is quite an amazing piece of research,” says Azim Surani at the Gurdon Institute in Cambridge, UK. He was not involved in the latest work, but he supervised Hayashi’s postdoctoral fellowship there. “People might have thought this was science fiction, but it does work,” Surani adds.<br />
In an earlier study published in Cell , Hayashi and his colleagues had shown that they could generate healthy mouse pups by maturing skin-cell-derived eggs inside the mouse mother. In the new work the maturation took place entirely in a lab dish, making it much closer to a process that could one day be used in people. “That’s quite a remarkable feat, actually,” Surani says.<br />
Shinya Yamanaka won a 2012 Nobel Prize for his 2006 work transforming skin cells into stem cells that are theoretically capable of becoming any cells in the body. But Hayashi is one of just a few scientists worldwide trying to make germline cells from these so-called induced pluripotent stem (or iPS) cells.<br />
To transform a stem cell into a primordial egg cell, the researchers had to design an environment that recapitulated cell signaling and promoted development through several stages, says Shoukhrat Mitalipov, a reproductive and developmental biologist at Oregon Health & Science University, who was not involved in the study. “This is a tremendous amount of work. I have to congratulate the team. It’s such a huge accomplishment,” Mitalipov says.<br />
Hayashi says his next step will be to try to repeat this process in a non-human primate, which will be much more complicated. To help mature the mouse egg cells he simply took supporting cells from the mother's ovaries. In a primate he will first need to generate these supportive cells from stem cells—something that has never been done before.<br />
Hayashi says the mouse research has taken him four years, and he expects it would take at least twice that long to achieve the same results in people. It is far too early to try that, he says.<br />
“At the moment I must say that this kind of system should not be used for the human, because there are big risks,” he warns, adding that the process might lead to abnormal or seriously ill offspring. It may be possible to eventually make it safer by using a combination of technical improvements and advances in genetic analyses of embryos, he says. In a mouse it is ethically allowable to examine a large number of the embryos generated by research, and to accept the possibility—though not yet seen—that the pups might have genetic defects. Similar studies would not be possible in human research.<br />
“In mice we can also work directly on the organism itself. We can look at events in vivo, introduce mutations and see what happens,” Surani says. “In humans we need a culture system to study the germ line, because we can’t do the kinds of experiments we can do in mice.”<br />
Surani admits there will be challenges to getting this type of reproduction to work in people, and suspects the process could take a long time—possibly one to two decades. But Hayashi’s achievements so far make him confident of eventual success. “Sometimes when you know something is possible, it takes off the mental barriers you might have. You start being more optimistic,” he explains. “I wouldn’t say it’s impossible. I think it is possible.”</div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
Actually to become a successful person or being a business morgue
it takes a lot of struggle, hustling, and hard work especially if one did not
come from a wealthy background.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Because of those who find reading long story difficult I will
like to delve quickly into the 6 key components that you need to implement to
get you there on time much faster than others, here we go:<br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"> </span></span></div>
<br />
<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"></span></span></span><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Never underrate,
underestimate, or undersell yourself</b>: You are a graduate with a good grade
say first class, 2.1 or 2.2 you went for an interview and you were asked how
much your salary expectation is but because you’ve already spent months at home
idle, 25k you answered this will not only make the interviewer doubt your
competence but also sees you worthless. Though it’s no new that most companies don’t
want to pay top naira but that doesn’t mean you should settle for less, you can
accept a pay <= 25k but have it in mind that you are not going to stay long
there. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Also as a business owner know
your business worthiness and service you are going to render.<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"> </b><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"> </b></li>
<li><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Don’t follow
the crowd:</b><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>because most people are
into blogging does not mean you too should venture into it or not venture into,
you can join the crowd but join them in different way make yourself or your business
unique if people are promoting their businesses online make yours offline or
both<b>.</b><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"></b></li>
<li><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"></span>Power of demand:</b> Here you find the
marketing sources and go for it you can achieve this by conducting a survey,
listen to news, reading newspaper etc. ask yourself what’s going to bring me
the maximum return on my investment and my efforts.<span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"></span></span></li>
<li><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font: 7.0pt "Times New Roman";"></span></span></span><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Deep knowledge
of your business or service offering</b>: you don’t want to be caught unaware
do you? You must know in and out of your business get updated on time to
outshine your competitors if you are ask any question about your business or
service you should give precise and exact answer. Make sure you know where
exactly you are taking your business to, you must also know that money is not
about everything if you are contented with whatever you are doing that’s
enough<b>.</b><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"> </b></li>
<li><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Work with
like mind clients: </b>like I use to say initially to know the right clients
may be very difficult but as time goes on you will get to know who so and so is
really is. If you know someone likes to take short cut instead of normal way
don’t do business with such as he/she can bankrupt your business in no time. It
doesn’t mean he/she must be a religious person before you do business with
him/her, be careful who you take advice from make sure you do your business
with those that do legitimate business.<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"> </b></li>
<li><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Love your
business:</b> the business you love to do will certainly bring the best in you
there by increase your output at the same time increase your profit. Do not
mind doing stuff most people hate to do as you will get much more satisfaction
from it they may be mocking you but as long as you enjoy doing it and making
profit there no problem. I hope you enjoy this, see you at the top. </li>

<h2>
By great lover</h2>
<div dir="ltr">
The following friday i arrived home from a long week of hot and labour intesive work, i was dirty, sweaty and smelly and was only wearing my work boots and jean shorts. I got out of the truck and grabbed the cold case of beer i had just picked up and made my way into the open garage where i cracked a beer and downed half of it in one drink and then sat down and lit a smoke. It wasnt long before the petite redhead neighbour i had fucked roughly the weekend before was walking into the garage. She must have been </div>
<a name='more'></a>watching for me to get home. I offered her a beer wich she refused as she didnt drink beer. She came over and put her hands on my shoulders and asked if i would like to join her for a drink at her house. I said i would but that i would have to have a shower and something to eat first. She told me that i could shower at her house and she would bbq me a steak, how could i refuse a nice steak....<br />
I grabbed my case of beer under my arm and we made our way across the road to her house. The ac was on in her house and it felt great as it was very hot out. We sat at her kitchen table and she poured herself a glass of wine. I finished my second beer as she started rubbing my leg. I felt uncomfortable as i was so dirty and asked her if i could have that shower now. She said ok and took me upstairs to the ensuite bathroom where she handed me a towel and facecloth. She then left the bathroom and closed the door behind her. I started the shower and removed my clothes and jumped in the shower, it felt great as it had been a long hot day. It wasnt long before the shower curtain was hauled back and she stepped into the shower with me wearing nothing but that coy little smile i liked so much. She reached up around my neck and hauled me down into a passionate kiss wich lasted for about 5 minutes. We were rubbing eachothers bodies all over with soap, i washed her hair for her and rubbed my cock in between her legs while doing so. I washed my own hair because iam much taller then her and she couldnt reach but she took the soap and washed my fully erect cock very thurally. We rinsed off and got out of the shower and began drying each other off meanwhile we were locked at the mouth the whole time. I reached down and slid my finger between her pussy lips and she was so wet and hot that i couldnt resist and i bent her over the sink infront of the mirror and drove my throbbing cock deep inside of her wich she threw her head back with a deep gasp. I began fucking her so hard she was panting and could barely breathe. Her head was down now so i pulled her hair back so she could watch me fuck her in the mirror. She is so petite and iam 6'3" and weigh 220lbs so i dwarfed her on the mirror. "fuck me hard you big young stud!" she screamed out to me, so i began ruthlessly slamming my cock into her. She couldnt say anyhing but just grunt and moan as i assaulted her pussy. I felt her pussy contract and squeeze my cock as she began to cum wich in turn made my legs begin to shake and we ogasmed together hard. I collapsed to the floor and laid there trying to catch my breath, she laid over the sink doing the same and i could see my cum running down her leg out of her pussy.<br />
We cleaned ourselves up and i began to put my dirty clothes back on but she said that i wouldnt be needing any clothes, i knew then that i was in for a wild night. She put on a g-string and a long t-shirt and we made our way down to the kitchen. She told me to sit at the table and relax as she brought me another cold beer. She then whent outside and started the bbq. I sat there naked drinking beer as she grilled me a steak and potatoe. I was almost done my second beer when she came in with the food but only one steak, i asked her if she was eating and she said she already had. I began eating as she sat there and sipped her wine watching me. I told her the steak was great and i needed it as i was very hungy. She smiled and then pushed her chair back and crawled under the table, she spread my legs and put her mouth over my cock, i goaned as i chewed my steak. I felt like a king sitting there having a beautiful woman sucking on my cock, eating a steak and drinking a cold beer.<br />
I finished most of my steak and then pushed my chair back and told her to come up, she did and i had her straddle me over the chair. I pulled her panties to the side and she lowered herself onto my again throbbing erection. She was so wet and hot i almost came again right away. She began riding me slow at first but then began picking up speed until she was throwing herself ontop of my rod. The wooden chair creaked and cracked to the point where i thought it would break. Her pussy juice was flowing down my cock and over my sack as she made herself cum again. She got off of me and told me she wanted me to finish in her mouth this time. She began sucking and licking my pussy juice covered cock as if it was the last one left on earth, it didnt take long and i shot my load deep into her throat. She looked up at me and asked me how was that, i said amazing baby.<br />
She told me to go sit and watch tv while she cleaned up the kitchen. I grabbed another beer and sat on the couch almost ready to fall asleep. It was dark now and she came in and put on a movie, she laid across me and fondled me through the whole movie. After the movie was over she said lets go to bed, i had yet to be in her bed even though i had fucked her three times already. We made love this time instead of hard and rough fucking. After i came again wich took every position and what felt like forever, i fell asleep.<br />
To be continued, remember this was all weekend...<br />

Had early finish at work so I hurriedly went to her apartment . I stood at back door and told her I was bit hot and sweaty from ride.<br>
I pulled her close to me and kissed her neck and unbuttoned her blouse and took it off.. her breasts were pushed up in her lovely bra... I unhooked it and it fell off leaving me to suck her nines which were hard in no time.<br>
She rubbed her pussy through her skirt and said I'm wet and up for it hun so i pulled the skirt off.. and hand rubbed over her knickers. .. she wasn't lying... wet.<br>
I closed the blind to the window and back door and she grabbed my bulge through the shorts and said what she wanted. .. then pulled them off along with my small underwear (for cycling).<br>
She said... your cocks lovely and ready as usual and wife wants me to milk you so here you go. She stroked it and balls nearly bringing to orgasm twice then squeezing to stop.. then after we got on the floor she lubed her fingers with cream from shopping and played with my rear area.. her finger was in my arse and rubbing me ... making my cock harder. sucking my cock at the same time i was swelling up again with cum..<br>
Then stopping to preve cumming she whipped her knickers off and sat on top of me....<br>
to be continued. ..</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr">Continued. .</p><p dir="ltr">She was on top with me laying on kitchen floor. Slow then hard then slow. . She was so wet and her juices were all over the base of my cock, pubic hair and balls. When going hard it slipped out and she slid back on.</p><p dir="ltr">She leant forward and I kissed her neck then breasts and nipples. .. my hands on her arse cheeks pulling her closer. I slapped her arse a few times and then rubbed round her crack and pussy all wet with juices.</p><p dir="ltr">I fucked her hard while she still leant forward.. then told her I wanted to lick her wet pussy. . She slid off me and asked if wanted a 69 but I wanted to just give her oral.. so she laid ask and opened her legs.. Pussy was wide and lips swollen and wet.</p><p dir="ltr">I dived straight into her and licked away for not too long until she CAME strongly. ..she had a great orgasm and couldn't touch her for a few mins, and as she came she jerked backwards and hit her head on bottom of kitchen unit. I asked if ok but she just laughed and said .. BALLS, didn't think you'd give me sore head !</p><p dir="ltr">She was OK after few mins and said wanted my cum...</p><p dir="ltr">I got her on her knees in front of me with her leaning on forearms on floor so arse pointing right at me. I spanked her arse cheeks and then slid my cock all the way inside her lover wet pussy. .. she banged back onto me so hard and noisey... Love the Squelching from pussy. .. and bodies slapping into each other.</p><p dir="ltr">It's my favourite position and a guarantee to cum... which after a few more mins happened.</p><p dir="ltr">A big shot then smaller ones as I filled her pussy with my love cream.</p><p dir="ltr">To be continued. .</p><p dir="ltr">To be continued...</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><br></p>

It was a weekend and my really hot media studies teacher had asked us to
come in specially to do some work on the school newspaper. i was
getting really bored sat with everyone in the IT room typing, so i went
for a walk round the empty school with a few mates. <br />
<br />
On the way back i decided to go into one of the empty rooms as i needed
the A3 printer in there. The rest of my mates went back to class and i
sat in the room on my own. It was a hot day and for some reason i had a
desperate urge for a wank. As no one was around, i thought, why not; no
one knows i'm in here, so i pulled down my pants and started to do what
we blokes do best. <br />
I'd just come to the end when my media studies teacher walked into the
room, wondering where i'd got to. she caught me there and then, holding
my dick, all flustered, all alone in the classroom! She stood there and
then said rather anoyed, "back in here please". i've never been so
embarrassed and didnt live it down til school ended. It was almost the
end of the school year anyway, but we could never look at each other in
the same way again.<br />

<br />
I knew this was wrong, knew it - but didn't care less, as my big strong
hands ran up her hold-up clad legs that disappeared inside the tight
black pencil skirt. <br />
<br />
Thinking back - i knew I was attracted to her when she first walked in
to my office for the job interview - as we are a firm of financial
advisers, appearance is important, and my god the first impression
created by this woman was so good. She was average build, a tight body
that has clearly been worked on regularly - she was about 5'5. Her dark
hair was hanging loose to her shoulders. Her eyes were dark smouldering
brown, but it was the ready smile that had me hooked from the off. <br />
<br />
The interview had gone well - and Jayne had got the job - what - ummm
about 12 months ago now. Over the next 12 months, my lust had grown, I
know she'd seen the looks I gave her, and had not responded to them -
well unless the drunken kiss and cuddle at the office christmas party
about 3 months ago had counted ?<br />
<br />
How did i come to have my hands roaming over her body you may be
thinking? well it was the annual review - and frankly i was in control
of the bonus payment allocation. I wanted her - and had made it totally
clear that if she wanted the maximum bonus this year, then she'd be a
good girl and obey my instructions. <br />
<br />
The first instruction had been messengered to her yesterday - that was
to wear what she had been wearing on the day of the interview today -
with a reminder of what that had been in case she hadn't remembered.
She'd walked into the office this morning and sat as instructed. I
closed the door firmly behind her, my secretary next door, knowing that
we were not to be disturbed. The conversation between us had been
strained - but I'd made it clear that if she wanted the bonus, Jayne
would need to "work" for it.<br />
<br />
There was no smile as she'd sighed, got up and approached my desk - she
placed one hand, palm down on it, and used her other hand to pull my
head forwards - she kissed me then, a light tentative lick of a kiss -
brushing my lips with a tease and a hint of more to come. God she smelt
good - there was a musky perfume smell which i didnt have a clue about
the name of - but it just smelt so fitting for her.<br />
<br />
her lips pulled away before pressing back onto mine - this time there
was a hint of urgency in the kiss, her tongue snaking between my lips.
Fuck - that kiss - well that was it - I'd never normally have done this -
but I was a victim of the surge of lust coursing through my system - my
hands went to her head and one fist curled into those long dark locks,
the other hand pulling her towards me - not letting her head move as I
returned the kiss with passion, lust and desire.<br />
<br />
Our tongues danced and twirled, the passion of the kiss taking us both. I
felt my cock stiffen with anticipation. reluctantly breaking away from
Jayne, i walked around the desk - she now had both palms resting on its
surface and well to be honest the heels she was wearing made her toned
body look like a goddess. She lifted her arse in the air slightly - a
move which positively had me wiping the saliva from the corner of my
mouth.<br />
<br />
I came up behind her - and thats how you find us now - my hands roaming
and exploring her curves. Whilst we shouldnt be disturbed there is
always that risk - but I am past caring - my big tall 6'5 body wraps
around her smaller frame like a cloak - I grab her hair in a fist and
pull it away from her neck - my lips brushing her skin softly before
giving it a lick and then a little nip with my teeth. My spare hand
moves her legs apart and my body presses her down so that her hands cant
support our weight and her chest gets squashed between my desk and my
own chest. my hand slides her pencil skirt up - tugging it higher and
higher, past her stocking tops and then revealing a gorgeous pert arse -
partially covered in a gorgeous red thong. My hand slides between those
legs and surprisingly i feel a hint of dampness - it seems that the
kiss has had an effect not only on my own body but on hers as well ?<br />
<br />
She murmurs "sir, please, don't" but I ignore the plea, my lust has
taken me beyond rational thought - desire is the only thing I'm
responding to right now, well that and the aching bulge that's crying
out for attention in my suit pants.<br />
Letting go of Jayne's hair, I turn her around and get her to sit on the
edge of my desk - she moves some papers out of the way, and does as
instructed. moving back towards her - i use my knees to open her legs
once more - her skirt hitched up around her waist, that lovely thong on
view - i grasp the 2 sides of her crisp white blouse and pull, buttons
flinging off like a manequin cum shot. Her smallish boobs encased in a
flowery white bra come in to view - with a practiced hand I pop both
boobs out of the top of the bra - her nipples are hard and pointy
already - I smile at her and bend my head to capture each breast in turn
in my mouth, sucking, nibbling and then lightly biting each tender tip.
Jayne moans a little and grasps my head in both hands to pull my face
harder against her skin.<br />
<br />
i pulse the sucks on each nipple and slide another eager hand between
her legs- there is no doubt now about the heat and desire flooding her
panties, which show a very evident damp spot. My fingers slip inside the
edge of the thong, pulling it roughly to one side, my fingers parting
her cunt lips eagerly - god she's so wet I think to myself.<br />
<br />
Using both hands I part her lips and give several light slaps on her
tender clit -sucking a little harder on each nipple as i do so. her
moans coincide with a volumous increase in the dampness that i'm
touching and playing with. Her shaven pussy is everything a man could
want - "and fuck me yesss i'm going to have it and soon" I say to
myself.<br />
<br />
as I pull my head back I notice the look in her eyes has changed from
"sir please no" to "come on you dirty fucker - use me like a cheap
whore" - god I hope I'm not the only one that knows what I mean there <br />
<br />
Jayne's hands slide down my body - she pulls my tie to one side and
slides her hand down my shirt to caress the huge bulge that the thin
material of my suit does nothing to hide.<br />
<br />
"sir - please - sod the bonus- I want cock and I want it now" and with that she slaps my erection through my suit.<br />
<br />
coming closer I kiss her full on the lips, biting her bottom lip and
pulling it i suck a little on it. she begins to undo my pants and zipper
yanking them down - but not off my muscular thighs - just enough to see
my hard cock tent-poling my tight white boxers, also damp with a precum
puddle.<br />
<br />
wasting no time Jayne yanks the boxers down - my hard cock springing
free from restraint - she grasps it and pulls me closer - pausing to rub
the big glob of precum that is evident, over her clit.<br />
<br />
"god sir - its so thick - please be gentle with me" - with that she smiles what can only be described as a wicked lusty smile.<br />
<br />
I let go of her breasts slide my hands down her hips and grasping my
meat in one hand rub the engorged head all over her slit and clit -
telling her to watch as i force the tip in - no messing around - just
enough to stretch her open.the feeling of her warm wet cunt caressing my
cock head was awesome - so much so I gave a much harder quicker thrust
than I was really going to - her pussy yielded swiftly , her tightness
rolling back my foreskin as my cock went deeper and deeper inside her
tight fit body. she gasped, leant forward and murmured a "fuck yes" in
my ear.<br />
<br />
I wasnt expecting to be interupted, but the feeling of being inside this
hot sexy woman and fucking her on my desk edge was hot, so hot that i
needed to slow down a bit or this would be over way too quickly <br />
<br />
Pulling out of her pussy with a wet plop, I tell Jayne to suck and lick
me clean - my shaven balls are wet with her juices, and my shaft
glistens with precum and her own fuck solution. She falls to her knees,
those sexy hard boobs jiggling a little as she does so - I take her head
in my hand and she willingly sticks her tongue out applying it readily
to my sticky meat and veg.<br />
<br />
Lust takes over again at this point - i tell her to bend over across my
desk - she does so - and this time she parts her arse cheeks and holds
them spread wide - such an invitation as hot as any guy could want or
desire - she looked back at me and smiled saying "come on sir - you know
you fucking want it" <br />
<br />
well what can I say ? I grabbed her hips and just buried my cock
straight inside her - pulling her back as my thrust went deep. she felt
so good - and her pert little ass entrance was there begging for some
attention - I licked a finger and slid it around and around her bum hole
- pressing against the resistance there as i fucked and used her - i
was pressing my finger in time with the thrusts - and finally pressed it
slowly into her ass. she let out an almost animalistic growl - looked
around and said "you dirty fucker sir - you've done it now - please,
please fucking give me the works"<br />
So i did - I fucked her so hard it must have felt like i was trying to
press her through the material of the desk - i leant over her and
pulling her head back by the hair, i bit her neck, pressing my cock deep
inside her, my balls rubbing and then my finger going deeper into that
lovely tight ass.<br />
<br />
She was gasping now as our passion built, the desk was creaking and
groaning and our moans were not quiet - but do you know what? "fuck it" i
thought - live life in the moment and fuck the consequences.<br />
<br />
Well my consequence was getting well and truly pounded - so much so, i
let out a heart felt "fuck" as my balls churned and my seed pumped deep
inside this beauty. wave after wave of hot sticky baby batter soaking
her womb.<br />
<br />
I pulled out - a glob of jism leaking from my tip and rubbed my now semi
hard cock around her tight bumhole - "next time" i said to her half in
jest.<br />
<br />
"now pull your thong back in to place, i want you sat with my cum seaping out of you during the afternoon as a reminder"<br />
<br />
She did as instructed and pulled her top together, smilled and then took
it off as it was ruined and pulled out a small cardi that she had in
her handbag.<br />
<br />
"about the bonus sir ?" <br />
<br />
"well let me consider that - I'll let you know "<br />
<br />
She walked out, adjusting her skirt as she left ......

<div dir="ltr">
21 Things You Didn't Know About... Hard Drive.</div>
<div dir="ltr">
All of our computers, big and small, have hard drives of some type and most of us know that it's the piece of hardware that stores our software, music, videos, and even our operating systems.<br />
Beyond that, though, there are probably at least a few things you didn't know about this ubiquitous piece of computing equipment:<br />
1.<br />
The very first hard drive, the 350 Disk Storage Unit, didn't just show up on store shelves out of nowhere but was part of a complete computer system by IBM, released in September, 1956... yes, 1956 !<br />
2.<br />
IBM started shipping this amazing new device to other companies in 1958 but they probably didn't just stick it in the mail - the world's first hard drive was about the size of an industrial refrigerator<br />
.<br />
3.<br />
Shipping that thing was probably last on any buyer's mind, however, considering the fact that in 1961 this hard drive rented for over $1,000 USD per month. If that seemed outrageous, you could always purchase it for a little over $34,000 USD.<br />
4.<br />
An average hard drive available today, like this 8 TB Seagate model at Amazon that sells for a little over $200 USD, is over 300 million times cheaper than that first IBM drive was.<br />
5.<br />
If a customer in 1960 wanted that much storage, it would have cost her $77.2 Billion USD, a little more than the entire GDP of the United Kingdom that year<br />
!<br />
6.<br />
IBM's expensive, monstrosity of a hard drive had a total capacity of just under 4 MB, about the size of a single , average-quality music track like you'd get from iTunes or<br />
Amazon.<br />
7.<br />
Today's hard drives can store a bit more than that. As of late 2015, Samsung holds the record for the largest hard drive, the 16 TB PM1633a SSD, but 8 TB drives are much more common.<br />
8.<br />
So just 60 years after IBM's 3.75 MB hard drive was the best of the best, you can get over 2 million times as much storage in an 8 TB drive and, as we just saw, at a tiny fraction of the cost.<br />
9.<br />
Bigger hard drives don't just let us store more stuff than we used to be able to, they enable entire new industries that simply couldn't have existed without these major advances in storage technology.<br />
10.<br />
Inexpensive but large hard drives let companies like Backblaze provide a service where you back up your data to their servers instead of to your own backup discs. In late 2015, they were using 50,228 hard drives to do that.<br />
11.<br />
Consider Netflix, which, according to a 2013 report , needed 3.14 PB (around 3.3 million GB) of hard drive space to store all of those movies!<br />
12.<br />
Think Netflix's needs are big? Facebook was storing close to 300 PB of data on hard drives in mid-2014<br />
. No doubt that number is a lot bigger today.<br />
13.<br />
Not only has storage capacity increased, size has decreased at the same time... drastically so. A single MB today takes up 11 billion times less physical space than a MB did in the late 50's.<br />
14.<br />
Looking at that another way: that 256 GB smartphone in your pocket is equivalent to 54 Olympic-sized swimming pools completely full of 1958-era hard drives.<br />
15.<br />
In many ways, that old IBM hard drive isn't that different than modern hard drives: both have platters that spin and a head attached to an arm that reads and writes data.<br />
16.<br />
Those spinning platters are pretty fast, usually turning 5,400 or 7,200 times per minute, depending on the hard drive.<br />
17.<br />
All those moving parts generate heat and eventually start to fail, often times loudly. The soft noise your computer makes is probably the fans circulating air but those other, irregular ones, are often times your hard drive.<br />
18.<br />
Things that move eventually wear out - we know that. For that, and some other reasons, the solid state drive, which has no moving parts (it's basically a giant flash drive), is slowly replacing the traditional hard drive.<br />
19.<br />
Unfortunately, neither traditional nor SSD hard drives can continue to shrink forever. Try to store a piece of data in too small a space and the very physics of how hard drives work breaks down. (Seriously - it's called<br />
superparamagnetism .)<br />
20.<br />
All that means is that we'll need to store data in different ways in the future. A lot of sci-fi sounding technology is in development right now, like 3D storage, holographic storage , DNA storage , and more.<br />
21.<br />
Speaking of science fiction, Data, the android character in Star Trek, says in one episode that his brain holds 88 PB. That's much less than Facebook, it seems, which I'm not sure exactly how to take.</div>
